My name is Kristel, I was born in Paramaribo, Surinam. From my sixth I have lived in the Netherlands. At home I enjoy chilling, drawing (I’ve done this for an eternity), DOA2 championships with my younger brother and sister, watching anime’s like Azumanga Daioh, Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo.
In school education I have completed my MAVO and HAVO degrees and last year I have finished Design for Virtual Theatre & Games, and have received my Bachelor of Arts and Technology degree. I have now started working as a freelancer, on my business card I describe myself as an Animator and Illustrator, but that is just a small part of what I do and who I am. I also like writing short stories, drawing character designs or concept art, and once in a while I make simple websites or design flyers. What it all comes down to: If it’s an interesting project I’ll be glad to work on it.
